CopyForce aims to provide best service possible at most competitive price.

Most companies charge a call out fee plus extra charge per quater hour there after which may run into hundreds of dollars if your copier requires one hour or more of labour, then there are cost of parts.

We offer you a fixed price service which includes call out fee and up to 2 hours of labour including G.S.T. Parts are extra and if required will be quoted and if you agree fitted.

Should we need to order parts and come back, then it is still on same service call charge and invoice will be presented to you on completion of all work required.

Our policy is to use genuine manufactures’ parts when ever possible but we will let you know if we use generic brand, also we can offer you a choice of fitting either OEM or generic part.

We are also able to offer service contracts at a very reasonable price provided your copier is up to our standard or if you wish to accept our quote to bring it to such standard and then start with service contract.

You may choose one of two contracts.

One way is to supply you with all services and parts and charge you “x” cents per page according to your meter reading which is payed monthly.

Second is that you pay “x” amount of dollars per 10,000 copies or 12 months in advance and you get all service and parts required for that period.

Service agreements do not include toner.

Toner is available at a very reasonable rate.

We endeavour to use genuine manufactures’ toner when ever possible but are able to supply wide range of generic toners.

So please feel free to take advantage of our flat fee service at $99.00 including GST or call us to discuss your service needs.
